I am a Banana lover! Anything with Banana sign me up. Since starting my health journey I have tried many many banana recipes and this one is my favorite.
It is quick, no real clean up and tastes great. If you follow me I am not great about writing a ton on my blog I am more short and sweet and to the point.
So here it is…. no need to read anymore.
Banana Blender Bread
1 Cup Almond Flour
2 medium bananas
1 tbsp. coconut oil (solid)
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. sea salt
3 1/2×5 pan lined with
( add whatever extras you want… I added dairy free dark chocolate chips to one and organic dried cranberries in the other)
*Preheat oven to 375
*Mix everything above in order in a blender and pour into a 3 1/2 X 5 inch baking dish lined with parchment paper ( makes clean up a breeze)
*Bake 375° F for 45 min. or until tooth pick comes out clean
